Soft, squishy, and scented with nature’s magic —Handcrafted Wild Dough invites children into a world of creativity, calm, and connection. Handcrafted in Aotearoa (New Zealand) with 100% kid-safe, non-toxic ingredients, each jar is designed to nurture the senses and inspire open-ended play.

We believe life is colourful and worth celebrating, so every batch is tinted with high-performing food colouring blends that bring vibrant joy to every creation. Our scents come from pure essential oils sourced through trusted suppliers who carry out third-party testing for safety and purity.

Every scent is chosen not just for its beautiful aroma, but for the way it can support little bodies and mind for example: 

Rose – soft, floral and uplifting, known to ease tension, support emotional balance, and nourish the skin.

Lavender – calming and comforting, known to help with relaxation, rest, and gentle focus.

Children can roll, shape, and sculpt their own creations — There is really no rules but whether it’s forest creatures, nature-inspired treasures, or simply enjoying the soothing rhythm of squashing and squeezing. And thanks to our unique recipe, you can simply rehydrate with a touch of H₂O to keep the magic going for six months or more.

Recommended for ages 3+

Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Due to the nature of food colourings, colours may fade slightly over time. Playdough is not food and must not be eaten. Supervision required for younger children.

DOUGH CARE TIPS

• If your dough starts to dry up, knead a few drops of any oil back in to soften or a drop of H2O  
• When your dough is to far gone, add in some water and it will turn into a slime base texture
